Happy New Year!
I have some sad news — two of my three galleries needed to close their doors last year. They were so wonderful to work with and am of course so sad to see them go.

I’m in the process of listing many of the paintings for sale on Etsy. If you are local to the Richmond, VA area and would like to see any of the paintings in person before purchasing please contact me so we can make arrangements.

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve made a post here. Feels almost like starting a new page in a journal. Kinda scared to make that first mark. 😊 . Well, I’m taking the easy route and posting a few pieces that I sent to Cabell Gallery in Lexington, VA this weekend. For a number of reasons I’m feeling especially grateful to work with such amazing people as Susan and Cabell at @cabellgallery. Thank you both for supporting us artists so well.

Grammie taught me so much about faithfulness, perseverance, dedication to excellence, serving others, determination, enjoying the small things and much more. She was my quilting buddy for a few years. She shared her stuffed animals, baby dolls, puzzles and tea parties with my girls. I feel so blessed she lived close by and we shared so many wonderful times together these last years. ❤️❤️

I try to get an hour or so of painting done before my girls wake up. Hasn’t been too successful recently. This one is on to me. (Swipe to see my morning studio buddy.)

I’m working out some ideas for larger paintings.
